He joined his first rock band back in the spring of 2010 with his younger brother Karsen on Keyboards! In his first term he played such classics as “Let it be” by The Beatles, and “Eye of the tiger” by Survivor. Kieran loved being in a rock band, and loved getting to perform on stage! In 2011 he began playing with his good friend Lucas and they have now formed the band “Schmaaag” with Members Marcus and Kane. Kieran has been a big part in songwriting in his group, and even wrote the lyrics to a song called “You lied to me”! He has a great knack for coming up with cool guitar riffs!

Music is a big passion for Kieran and he keeps improving at guitar all the time. You can be sure to to see Kieran and his band “Schmaaag” playing some great shows very soon!

Mathew is one of the Rock School’s most gifted young guitarists. He has a true love for playing, and loves getting to play his guitar in a band environment! Mathew came to the Rock School in the fall of 2011 with a lot of ambition to play guitar. He started out by taking private guitar lessons and joined his first Rock School band “CA$H” in the winter of 2012!

In the spring Mathew got to play in the Fat Cat Children`s parade with his band! Mathew really likes his band mates Tyler and Saul. He works very well with fellow guitarist Tyler who has taken guitar lessons at the Rock School for over 4 years now! Mathew loves to play lead guitar and plays a lot of solos in the songs they play! Mathew and Tyler are now playing in a new band called `Distortion` and are playing some very tough songs like “Sweet Child O`Mine” by “GNR”. His skills are always improving, and will be an amazing guitarist in the years to come!

Mathew is a very serious young guitarist, and hopes to become a rock star someday! He is definitely on the right path to becoming an amazing musician! Keep it up Mathew!
